Having RA can add to any anxiety you may already have, so this is where mindful meditation comes in.
I use it daily to remind myself to take the time to really notice the beautiful things that surround us.
Thank you for your support and great advice! I can’t really describe what I’m feeling just that it’s different but sometimes I feel it may just be my anxiety.
Good Morning Diane,
May I suggest keeping a diary of the date, time, any activity and new symptoms. Then you can share this with your Rheumatologist and PCP.
I have found that most new symtoms are caused by something I ate or something I did that my body was not ready. It can be frustrating, but please keep in mind that even though there currently is no cure, RA is treatable.
Hi Diane,
My lungs have been bad my entire life. When RA hit I found myself having to sit up to sleep.
I had a stroke in January 2025, which has corrected that issue along with other things. I was on 14 meds before stroke, after only 6.
Definitely let your Rheumatologist know what is going on. They may refer you to a Pulmonary Specialist.
Moringa helps reduce the inflammation that RA brings, so you may want to discuss adding this to your daily supplements.
Please let us know what you find out.
