Has anybody receiving COVID vaccines been advised to postpone medical treatments like infusions because of potential conflict?

Someone I know had to postpone an infusion due to receiving a COVID vaccine within a week of a scheduled infusion.

I was told not to get my vaccines while I was on prednisone which I was only taking to get through a flare. I have since gotten my flu shot and my COVID and all is okay
