I have the same issue on my legs & feet. I just came back from 2 week vacation in Europe. I took pain killers as needed. Kept moving my joints and iced my feet every night at hotels. It is my first day back and I have no regrets, vacations were great.

Yes, RA can affect any joint in the body, including ankles and feet. Morning stiffness is a classic symptom of RA, and it's common for symptoms to be worse upon waking. The increased fatigue you're experiencing, combined with new joint involvement, suggests your RA activity may be increasing.

Yes, RA can affect any joint in the body, including ankles and feet. Morning stiffness is a classic symptom of RA, and it's common for symptoms to be worse upon waking. The increased fatigue you're experiencing, combined with new joint involvement, suggests your RA activity may be increasing.

Here are some suggestions to help manage symptoms during your European vacation:
• Rest frequently between activities
• Use ice or heat therapy on affected joints
• Pack comfortable, supportive walking shoes
• Consider using compression socks for flights and long walking days
• Plan rest days between major sightseeing activities Most importantly, since you're experiencing new symptoms and increased fatigue, it's recommended to see your healthcare provider before your trip. These changes could indicate your RA is becoming more active and your treatment plan may need adjustment. They can evaluate your current condition and potentially adjust your medication to help you have a more comfortable vacation.

Angela are you still taking your treatments? Our circulation changes for some as we get older veins do not work as well and compression stockings are required to improve circulation. Talk to your doctor please.
