The RA returned in dec 2025 was in remission. Only hands affected until now. Fatigue has been getting worse. Leaving on a 2 week European vacation Sept 24. It was planned before AR returned. Any suggestions for lessoning these new symptoms.
thank you. its very encouraging to hear someone with same problem could still enjoy vacation.
I have the same issue on my legs & feet. I just came back from 2 week vacation in Europe. I took pain killers as needed. Kept moving my joints and iced my feet every night at hotels. It is my first day back and I have no regrets, vacations were great.
Yes, RA can affect any joint in the body, including ankles and feet. Morning stiffness is a classic symptom of RA, and it's common for symptoms to be worse upon waking. The increased fatigue you're experiencing, combined with new joint involvement, suggests your RA activity may be increasing.
