No I wasn’t seeing that it started a few days ago but the pain I’m experiencing now in my leg… circles around that..I’m feeling numbing in the bottom of my feet, shocking and tingling in my right leg every second.. plus I can’t walk on it… this is different from what I normally experience when my knees tend to swell up on me… However, I have a doctor’s appointment 2 weeks from now so I’ll speak with her about this problem

Was in a car accident quite a few years ago that damaged my lower back nerves so bad had damage going down both of my legs as both hips were damaged as well due to how vehicle was hit from behind.
Every time my lower back and/or hips would start acting out with throbbing pain rather than contact my pain management specialist I turned to an ice pack that was purchased from Amazon - CryoMax. Picked up two different sizes as I needed options. Largest size is used on section for my back (goes from tailbone to middle of back then second ice pack is half of largest size but same in length so it will work for use on legs, lower back, or hips. I found both are very helpful to me as they can be kept in freezer and reused as needed. Each item is quite affordable as well. I do wish you well and hope you get the feeling better soon my friend!
Thank you Paula
