I know what you’re experiencing! In the past 4 years I’ve had both of my hips replaced due to degenerative disease. It can be the most debilitating pain because it affects everything you do. Can get comfortable enough to sleep, walk, sit, nothing!! The best relief I found was regular icing and prescription lidocaine patches. Hope you find something that helps 🙏
I also have had some extreme pain kn my hips. The pai. Became so intense that I have had cortisone shots injested I. The hil joints. I was surprised how long the pain relief lasted.

I have experienced some intense pain in my hips at times but it has always been much worse & more constant in my hands, wrists, ankles, feet, elbows, knees, & shoulders. Talk with your Rheumatologist.
