Good morning! This is my most obvious thing the hand. Osteoarthritis in my hands is painful at this time. The fingers have started to lean and it's uncomfortable holding my cellphone while reading an article. Holding my hands under warm or hot water makes them feel a little comfort. At night I wear gloves or support.
