sadly I've also lost most of my hair, now constantly wear a band to cover my scalp - its badly damaged my self esteem and confidence. I wish I knew the answer - for me, my body temperature doesn't regulate very well so a hair piece would be too uncomfortable.

I quit methotrexate about 6 weeks ago and am almost bald and I still feel awful. Not only do I feel bad and now I have to look bad too.

Take 1 MG tablet in the AM and 1in the PM the days you don't take methotrexate, so 6 days a week, this is according to my Dr.

Do you take Folic acid tablets. All the time i was on methotrexate I took a daily folic acid tablet and never experienced any hair issues.

When I was on Methotrexate, I also had a prescription for Folic Acid. My hair quit falling out immediately once I took it. Good luck to you.
