Lotus. If Remicade patience assistance program approves you for the infusion with Medicare, would you let me know? Thank you. Ricky

Good morning. My Ruematologist wanted to put me on Remicade infusion but
their Patience assisstance denied me coverage due to me being on Medicare.
This was 3 or 4 years ago. All of the other biologic meds approved me. Such
as Cimzia, Humira and the others including Rinvoq that I have been on since
then.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that. These meds cost so darned much and are needed so badly.

Thank you. I have a Medicare advantage plan. If I remember correctly my copay was something like $800.00 to $900.00 per month. There was no way I could pay that much. Their patience assistance program turned me down because I was on Medicare.
