I've been really stressed out lately and we've had a string of not great things happen. My ankles are so swollen that walking is painful. Could this be a flair up? I haven't had a bad flare in awhile so I'm hoping it's just a flare and not something more serious? ??

Sounds like a bad flare. Sorry. Agree with Nancy to get in touch with your doc.

Hi Deb, have you ever tried magnetic jewelry? My neighbor has been dealing with a swollen ankle for awhile now. She started wearing a magnetic ankle bracelet. Swears by it.

Thanks everyone 💜 It"s hard to want to know I am in a flare. I haven't had one this bad in a long long time. I'm trying to not whine and keep up with all the activities going on around me but I'm in pain and wiped out!! Y'all make me feel like it's not in my head..I can't thank you enough for all your words and support 🤒❤

I agree with JanetR and Nancy, to get in touch with your Rheumatologist. If it's not a normal for you, you need to ask. I hope the swelling goes down soon .
