Sarna is a good itch cream. I think Cere ve has something out there Try some Cortizone that says it is for itch and pain. Try some Aveeno bath or an oatmeal path. But try not to scratch. Put some gloves on like white gloves. That will keep you from scratching. I find cool packs help too or just turn on the water in your tub and let cool not cold water. I’ve thin January k. Good luck. - Document Symptoms: Take note of when the itching occurs, what seems to trigger it, and any other symptoms.
- Photograph the Rash: If possible, take pictures of the affected areas to show your rheumatologist.
- Consult Your Doctor: Schedule an appointment with your rheumatologist or dermatologist to discuss these symptoms. They may recommend a skin biopsy, blood tests, or allergy tests to pinpoint the cause.
- Avoid Scratching: Try to minimize scratching to prevent further inflammation and skin damage.

It's important to address this with your healthcare provider to find an appropriate treatment plan.
