Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) can indeed affect organs beyond the joints. Here are some complications related to RA that can impact various organs:

- Lung Disease: People with RA are about eight times more likely to have lung disease, including lung scarring, nodules, pleural effusion, and airway obstruction. Methotrexate, a DMARD, can rarely cause lung injury.
- Heart Disease: RA can lead to myocarditis, pericarditis, atherosclerosis, and coronary artery disease, increasing the risk of heart attacks.
- Kidney Issues: Certain medications for RA can affect kidney function.
- Rheumatoid Vasculitis: This can cause ischemia, affecting the skin, nerves, and eyes, leading to serious complications.

For your specific conditions like pulmonary fibrosis, brain hemorrhage, and kidney failures, it's crucial to work closely with your healthcare provider to manage these complications effectively.
