You will get denied twice. Get an attorney. You don’t pay unless you win and they usually don’t take on clients they feel can’t win. Took me 2.5 yrs. Covid was during that time also. My zoom hearing with the judge was me and my attorney in his conference room and judge somewhere else. She apologized that it took so long, but approved me on the spot. An attorney is key and he or she will make sure everything is done right and will file everything for you. Best of luck!!! 🤞🏻
