Laughter and rest as well as hydrating and good food will help move through a flare. I also enjoy a long warm bath.

Yeh, that rash could be anything from allergic reaction like dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, inflammatory skin response, shingles... any rash should be checked by a doctor, dermatologist or rheumatologist. Especially with an auto immune disorder and taking our type of suppressants. Rashes can get complicated.

My specialist said if I develop a rash to see him right away. I'm glad you are going in! Best to get expert advice bc if I recommend anything, and your rash worsened, I'd feel terrible too.

I would get the rash looked at. Is it raised or is it not? Does it itch or burn?
