Why is this happening to your teeth?

I have lost 4 teeth in 2 years and have just been fitted with my second denture. The first on was all plastic, it didn’t fit so well and if I sneezed I literally had to hold it in or it would have shot out.

After having another tooth removed I went to a private denture clinic to be fitted with a new one. It was expensive but worth it.

This was a more substantial one made of metal. It has two front teeth and one back tooth and is held in place by wires which fit around my back teeth.

I am thrilled with this new denture. I looks and feels very natural. I can eat, sneeze, talk without a lisp (my old plastic one made me lisp)

My teeth have crumbled a lot in the last few years and I also have a few root canals. It seems that the roots of my teeth are deteriorating inside the gum. I won’t be having any more caps or root canals done.
