I do and my alternative doctor suggested I take a product called Hemogenics. It does help!

I have been anemia since 2017. I am now being seen by a Hematology at Sitmen Cancer Center. I stay tired, weak and dizzy at times. I am taking Folic Acid.

Oh I had anemia 20 years before I was diagnosed. Heavy periods leave young women anemic as well. It’s debilitating and good Mediterranean diet with a multivitamin iron. Also I talked to a dietician who mentioned probiotics with greater than 50 million count and omega 3 fatty acids so that’s next on my list.
