Alanda2 - I am so sorry to hear about your fatigue. The struggle is REAL. I've been struggling with my fatigue this month because I had to put a hold on my Humira refills due to billing complications. With that said, I've been crashing hard after work, sometimes taking naps for up to two hours or more, but they're not "good naps" (I don't feel rested). I currently don't have the motivation to get healthy movement in my routine. However, I know that I feel at my BEST when I do get consistent movement in - walks, yoga classes, or light stretching at home. As hard as it is to find the motivation to move when I'm fatigued, I do know that regular and consistent movement helps! I'm in a rut right now, but I hope to get back to incorporating weekly movement in my schedule soon. I genuinely hope you can find something that works for you.
