Hi Coral, I did Keto for about four years, and I found it very helpful for controlling pain and inflammation. Particularly when I stuck with high fiber veggies. I fell off the wagon six months ago, and I am having a lot of trouble getting restarted. Keto takes so much discipline to cook and bake ahead of time, and frankly I don’t have the energy lately. But I hope that it works for you!
