Ny apologies, in my original question I referred to Rinvoq as a biologic but it is actually a Dmard Jak Inhibitor and I just learned that on here thank you!

Hi Zen, I take mtx pills & a weekly enbrel injection . I went off mtx for a few weeks, replaced with leflunomide. The leflunomide didn’t agree with me. Very nauseous and terrible diarrhea. I’m back to my original mtx & enbrel. Hope you & your dr find what works best for you 🤗

Hi Zen, I had been on mtx for about two years when I started getting nodules. I thought maybe mtx was the cause.🤔 I asked my doctor to switch to leflunomide. When I had those side effects we switched back. I haven’t had any further nodule issues 🤪
