Yes, frequently even sneezing has flared one up and muscles between my ribs go into spasm, pain patch on sternum and heat helps … when it persists muscle relaxers tend to help

Laurinda, just to be on the safe side, you may want to call either your family doctor or your rheumatologist. Never hurts to err on the side of caution. 🙂

All the time, thought it was caused by my asthma but today I have pain when swallowing too - don’t even know what to make of it anymore. Good luck to you 🌸

Yes. For a while I didn't realize it was connected to RA - it's not like the rheumatologist ever asks about pain there. I was surprised and relieved when I was researching RA and stumbled upon that. Costochondritis and pain where some of my ribs connect to my sternum. I feel your pain.
