Hi Candance,

Yes, those Sacroiliac joints are very painful when inflamed. I use the max strength Lidocaine patch along with 2 Tylenol Extra strength tablets. It helps to minimize the pain.

Yes! I can sympathize with you. Mine is lumbar/sacral due to herniated disc at the junction of the two discs. It’s excruciating the last few weeks. I hope you get some relief soon and I’m sorry you’re hurting. Tomorrow will be a better day 🙂
