"I've been taking Humira and Methotrexate for a year, but for the last few months, I have been experiencing extreme fatigue. My RA doctor suggested that I stop taking Methotrexate to see if my fatigue goes away. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience."🙂

I've been on MTX since Dec 2023 and haven't experienced that type of side effect. I will say I do want to take a nap for about an hour or two at the most after having the injection. I have always woken up just fine and never had any issues. I will say I do drink more water than normal the day before, day of, and day after the injection. I've been drinking hot tea at night so body is getting more water intake throughout the day and evening. I will add that I am wearing fingerless glove on the right hand more often as something isn't quite right with one of the finger joints again and the glove seems to help the fingers not go into pain as much as they were. I will be going back to my RA specialist late March to further discuss the outcome of my blood work. I wish you well and hope things get better!
