I have fibro and RA and I experience weakness in legs and arms that keep me bedridden every week for 2-3 days in a row. It is very alarming and makes it hard to plan my life because I do not know what days it happen.
Not as extreme as to be bedridden. I have gone for walks but got so weak and tired that I called my husband for a ride home.
1. Did you take your BP and pulse during thrse weak times?
2. If you are taking meds, are you certain you took the right dosage or amount?
3. Are you taking a new prescription, a new therapy or supplement? Sometimes those will class with our meds.
4. Are you eating grapefruit or anything that can alter the uptake of your meds?
Write down everything and be sure to talk with you doctors. Especially your GP doctor.
This kind of weakness you describe isn't normal.
