Anyone taking Orencia (abatacept) and Arava (leflunomide) at the same time?

I've already tried (and failed) methotrexate, humira, and rinvoq. I've been on Orencia for 6 months, and while there is a little improvement, it's not nearly enough. My rheumatologist is prescribing Arava for me to take with Orencia, to hopefully get my inflammation under control.
Has anyone taken Arava and Orencia at the same time? I know from a Google search that it's a possible treatment, but I haven't been able to find any personal experiences with it.

I have been taking this combination since October 1st. The Arava definitely helps. Unfortunately for me, the Orencia seems to have stopped working. (I have been on Orencia for 2 years.) i My had a fee side effects from the Arava. Upset stomach, nausea, a little vomiting. I still get nauseous once in awhile. But it seems to help me with energy. I hope this works for you.

Thank you @A myRAteam Member! Sadly my RA is now causing my knuckles to turn? They are huge! Next Friday I start Rituxan infusions. Never a dull day with RA! 😊
