I agree with both above..... You could try vitamin C 1000 mg daily it has helped me some. If you see a rheumatologist let them know that you are taking supplements.
Also acupuncture is good therapy 🙌.
I don't take Naproxen because my doctor has me on Celebrax. but I also take Tylenol for arthritis Thanks for the advice.
I wear knee braces when they are painful. You can get cortisone shots, as well. If you can take naproxen then I suggest taking two naproxen and three Tylenol/ acetaminophen. By the end of the day, you wouldn’t take any NSAID’s but you could take two or three acetaminophen. Also, hemp oil salve works wonders for me, along with ice packs.

Had both my knees replaced also. I am glad I had all the replacements I have had. But both of my shoulders were very hard to recover. Miss Fla.Lol hold down things in Fla. I am trying to hold things down I Ala. !ol think I may be doing a piss pure job,but still try.lol
Go in the morning to get my IV Actrumra. That keeps me moving. God bless myRAfriend.
