What Do You Do For Severe Pain In Your Hips, Groin, Butt, Thighs, Hamstrings, And Knees?
Use lots of Voltaren cream or even THC pain cream. I'm fortunate that when we remodeled our bathroom last year my husband made us buy a sauna to go in the bathroom. I didn't think I would like it or it would work for me. But let me tell you it's a blessing to have! I can't get into or out of a bathtub any more.
