I was offered to start infusions or double my MTX. I chose wrong and delayed starting my infusions for six months. After six months on remicaide, I think I might be in remission! I'm still maxed on MTX and taking Celebrex. But the triple medication therapy is definitely working against my aggressive case of RA and I am so thankful. I am also experiencing zero side effects. Good luck on your RA journey πŸ€πŸ’›.

maggie63 take Bendadryl tablet it will stop that side effects. You can buy it in Amazon for 13.00 it works will. You only take it for 1 or 2 days tops/I take 1 before treatment 1 after that's why I don't go through flu symptoms.

I'm on Rituxan and infusions. I'm tolerating the medication pretty well. I have some flu-type symptoms for up to a week-medium symptoms. You are given medications to counteract allergic reactions prior to starting the infusion. In my opinion, the infusion is worth my time. My fatigue and pain have improved. I'm not completely pain-free, but I have gone from severe pain to mild pain.
