I'm on Humira and methylprednisolone because the Humira isn't working and I had the same problem. I'm waiting for a rituximab infusion but as for that pain, I had to take it easy for a week and it passed but now I'm afraid of walking too much because I don't want it to flare up again. My rheumatologist usually gauges if a medication is working by seeing if I can wean off the steroids (I know the short term and long term effects are absolutely awful, but I don't have much of a choice right now). Elyse be careful with prednisone it can cause your sugar to rise.

Humira and Enbrel are for people with mild 🙄 😒 RA. I was on Enbrel and it only work for a short while. Then Remicade, Infliximab, now Rituximab so far it's working well.

I don't have that problem. I will say I am on Humira too. It helped in the beginning, It is not as effective now. I don't know if the RA is worse or Humira just not right for me. I had the same thing happen when I was on Orencia. Both I was on for about 18 months. I wish you well

I’m assuming it’s inflammation like I get on my knees, feet, fingers and toes. I wore an ankle brace to help improve support and decrease pain, especially when walking on stairs.
