I’ve had my first 3 biweekly Orencia infusions and I was about to start the monthly one but I had to cancel because I had an infection and had to take antibiotics. However, what I can tell you is I have not seen any improvement yet. From what I have read it can take 3 to 4 months to start working. Also, the day of and the day after I get a headache and I feel very weak and tired which I was told is normal. Any other question you may have you’re welcome to reach out to me.

I’m on Orencia self injections weekly and really no side effects. Hopefully the infusions will be the same for you. I used to get Actemra infusions and the only issue with them were slight fatigue afterwards; however I was able to go back to work after getting one.
