I have the same thing when I pull down my pants. Sometimes I moisturize before bed that helps and kind of feels good too. However, in the daytime I sweat from my methotrexate and the lotion feels Horrible when I sweat. I'm like a slippery snail

I also have very dry skin all over my body. It’s embarrassing when you have to pull down your pants and the inside is all full of flaky skin. I don’t take the time to put moisturizing on my body like I should either, seems I’m always in a hurry to get dressed as that takes up most of my energy.

Yes, dry skin for me as well ever since. Methotrexate I am coming off Enbrel. Soon to start another type of injection because Enbrel wasn't working for me.
