Yes very much so you can be mineing your own business there goes the knee out placement press down on it slid it back in place hurts like hell but it's better being in pain hope this helps

I used an elastic knee brace for a year or two for stability and it bought me time with my grands!🥰

Yes and it's very annoying. Even worse is having a click in the back of your knee and it hurts everytime I take a step.
