Looking for recommendations for increasing office chair comfort

I got an occupational therapy assessment and now I have the Queen Mother of all office chairs. It floats back, it has an inflatable lumbar roll, a head rest and even a coat hanger on the back.

I asked for desk that goes sit to stand and they didn't get a chair that goes with it
