I found that I could only handle 10mg. Anything more than that led to side effects. 10mg does help, but doesn’t fully alleviate my issues. I experienced some relief about 6-8 weeks after starting.

I was on it for a few months but had dreadful side effects .Hope it works for you.

I have been on it for over 4 months, took until around 3 months before I notice much change, now it is helping and no side effects so far, thank goodness. Last two drugs Methotrexate and Hydroxychloraquine my body could not tolerate the side effects at all. We are all so different what works for one may not for work for another.
