I’ve read it’s often from neck issues related to RA. Neck stretching/exercises recommended. I feel it from the lower back of my head radiating to top of head. So frustrating.🙄

That’s interesting. I also have sinus issues. Allergies year round. On Zyrtec daily and Flonase. I do think it’s all contributing to the headache pain.

I do get them more often than I use to. I think it's from stress
I also have allergies year round. Flonase and allergy meds.
I do sometimes from my sinus issues. But the ones that really hurt is the barometric extremes.. Feels like a vise on my head. I've talked to my rheumatologist about this and he said thats why they call my diagnosis undifferentiated mixed connective tissue disease because I have symptoms of a lot of autoimmune diseases.
