I’ve read it’s often from neck issues related to RA. Neck stretching/exercises recommended. I feel it from the lower back of my head radiating to top of head. So frustrating.🙄

Members overwhelmingly related to experiencing frequent headaches connected to neck stiffness and RA, with many describing tension and pain radiating from the base of the skull upward. Several members shared practical relief strategies including TENS units for neck muscles, topical pain creams (especially THC/CBD blends where legal), neck stretches, and managing contributing factors like sinus issues, allergies, and barometric pressure changes. A recurring theme was the importance of discussing these symptoms with rheumatologists, as headaches can signal inflammation, pinched nerves, or overlap with other autoimmune conditions.

That’s interesting. I also have sinus issues. Allergies year round. On Zyrtec daily and Flonase. I do think it’s all contributing to the headache pain.

I do get them more often than I use to. I think it's from stress

I do sometimes from my sinus issues. But the ones that really hurt is the barometric extremes.. Feels like a vise on my head. I've talked to my rheumatologist about this and he said thats why they call my diagnosis undifferentiated mixed connective tissue disease because I have symptoms of a lot of autoimmune diseases.
