We'll be moving in a couple of months to a different state and I'm concerned about transferring medical care. My family there have a good pcp and rheumatologist that I can at least start with, but I'm curious as to how to make this as seamless as possible, TIA

My husband and I moved from Maryland to South Carolina and had no problems finding a PCP or any specialist. Since just about everything is on the computer our Dr.s can just get on the "My Chart"....with our permission...and see our records.
