Yes that’s me is part of getting inflammation you have to avoid getting inflammation by eating healthy eating certain foods and fruits will help to avoid painful joints and numbness and redness of the hands and body my doctor said once you get red and numbness it means swelling then pain, trust me you don’t want to have pain the redness means infection then comes swollen then pain
