Epsom Salt soothing baths...coolness helps too. Lots of nice lotions out there, definitely agree that Aloe Vera works, BUT with that said once I start itching and scratching it's hard to stop....I cool things with ice packs wrapped in towels. Good luck!

I rub on a little natural aloe vera gel when I get those itchy bouts. Usually calms it nicely.

Yes I do get extreme itching on my arms and I also have significant chronic back pain. The dermatologist said it could be from nerves because of the inflammation.

I itch but not as bad as you described. I have issues with keeping my feet still.
