My dr said I have secondary sjogrens due to RA. I’ve got issues with dry eyes and I have a clogged tear duct in which I see an Oculoplastic surgeon on the 30th.

Yes, I have sjogrens after RA. Every year my vision gets worst. Painful dry eyes. I have been doing Bauch and Lome Soothe Lubricant eye ointment that has help keep moisture in. Dark glasses is a must. I use salt water cleanser for my nose and then rub vicks rub to keep moist.

I, too, drink constantly and use cequa eye drops. I have a blocked tear duct and am nervous about my appt with the surgeon. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Does your nose stay dry? Thank you for your reply.

I have had sjogrens due to RA for some time.My eyes and my mouth are very dry.I drink constant all day.I put drops in my eyes constant as well. You need to get the ones for tears not the ones that are for red eyes.I did take an ant inflammatory eye drop (restasis) but it didn’t help enough to justify the cost.It was very expensive unless you have insurance that will cover it.Hope this helps you some.
