I’m becoming convinced that brain fog has ties to our oxygen levels. I’m on a mission to have a house plant in every room. What are your thoughts about the tie between oxygen levels and brain fog
Brain fog has everything to do with the meds. It’s a chemical thing. Plants always help even just to make you feel better looking at and talking to them. :)
When you go in to hospital you can not have flowers when I asked why they say it takes your oxygen levels down that's the hospital view my foggy brain is to with not enough sugar in your body so that mean it could be to do with meditation diabetes or not eating properly x
Here is a site to check-out on best oxygen plants for inside. There are many other lists online. There is even one somewhere about what they want on the ISS. I have plants 2,3,4,5,6,7 in my house from this list. (My house looks like one big plant room/solarium/green house.) T😀hey don't list is the philodendron. It is on some of the other lists. What's nice about it, it is very hard to kill, and you get shoots for additional plants all the time. Read the plant directions.

I agree! My apartment forbids opening of windows in the winter so no fresh air. I have a lot of plants. Best air scrubbing ones are spider plants (easist to grow and propogate) umbrella tree, Chinese money plant (another fast grower and spreader) ZZ plant, English ivy (love ivy have three types)pot mums, peace lily Gerbera daisy, dracena, Chinese evergreen, bamboo palm. I don't have enough light for flowering plants, so all mine are non flowering shade plants. Just having all that greenery present in our long, cold winters is wonderful!
Bamboo plants are good oxygen producers and air cleaners. They are fairly easy to keep up with as house plants too.
