Has Anyone Used Methotrextate Injections And How Was Your Outcome?

Yes
Just started but another brand called Reditrex, same thing though, was on pills for a year, took a break to see if my hair loss would stop and rashes time to time. It back fired on me. The severe pain came back. Called my rheumatologist and told him, I take too many pills and I told him I rather do injections this time around. It helps with
RA and Psoriasis.

Been on Rasuvo for about 2 years. It worked well for me at a slightly lower dosage than the pills, 15mg vs 17.5mg. Much better than the oral MTX and better on any GI issues. Easy to inject with less side effects.

I was on Methotrestate pills for 10 yrs and my RA doctor took me off because she thinks it may have contributed to or caused my Idopathic Pulmonary Fibrois ( scarring of the lungs) and that gives me technically a death sentence. look it up...I am on mes for my lungs but due to Flare up of my RA have to stop them till we get the RA under control...lots of luck with that as i can't take anything that usually helps with my Enbrel...but good luck..
