I have had cortisone in my right knee for 20+ years. Also, in my hip and it is a life saver. Although, for my knee, it eventually stopped working and I needed a knee transplant.
Just remember after you get a shot, you must not use that joint for at least 48 hours. or use it very little.
I have had cortisone shots. Sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn’t. Hit and miss I guess.
That's the only way that I get my shots done is with the freeze spray
I got shot & it took a couple days before it took away some pain. Need to wait 3 months before next shot. 🐞
Yes I've had injections and they have always work for me they usually last about a year for me.
