Hi Patti, haven't been on here in a while and was just reading your issues and responses. Its been awhile but I certainly hope you're finding some improvements. In approx 7 yrs I've never been on humidity but my rheumatologist has switched me to several other Dmards if I still have pain or fatigue. I to have various low back issues that cause me lots of pain and my RA is in my feet. She does prescribe prednisone for my flares but discourages frequent use. I currently have added Rinvoq to my meds which are plaquenil, methotrexate and folic acid. I don't usually have issues with fatigue any longer and only occasional minor flares. My doctor wants me to have the least pain, fatigue or complications with my RA or meds as possible. I have blood work every 3 months to check inflammation, pain levels, red and white blood cells, liver & kidney functions among others.
With that much pain I think you need to ask about something else. RA isn't a 1 drug fits all disease..

First, have you reported this pain to your doc? Second, Humira helped me for 10 years. Best Biologic I have tried. Good luck.

Call the 1800 on the Humaira leaflet speak to the nurse who knows alot . If this is an issue they will let you know and tell you to call your Dr and stop. They are helpful. I had to call .

I'm sorry 😔 to hear that but I never had those shots. I hope that you talk with your RA Doctor and see if they can find something else for you because there's so many different medications that maybe might work better for you.
