Fatigue/exhaustion
I would love to hear your tips and tricks to combat the terrible daily exhaustion. I’m still tired after a nap. I tried an energy drink and it triggered pain 🥲
Tips, try to stay off of energy drink. They always have a crash. Try drinking teas. Lots of water. Try to drink less coffee. If you do drink coffee in the morning. For breakfast. I'm a big coffee drinker so I limit myself only for breakfast. Then I do tea then lost of water thruout the day. I take lost of walks and I do stretching that's like a must for me because if I don't I stiff up and lock up. Which isn't good. At night I do some more stretching before going to bed 15min. And that relaxes me. You can find a lot of yoga apps and walking apps and power walking apps on your phone that you can download for free. And if your a fitbit watch that too. Hope this helps.goodluck
I have a hot tub I keep at (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) minutes is just awesome and helps with pain. If your doctor writes you a prescription, the hot tub, water, electric and chemicals are tax deductible.
Best advice I can give from personal experience is to start moving . Not saying you have to go to a gym or workout for an hour. A 15 minute walk is a good start and gets your heart pumping.
I now take an eye dropper of B12 and have seen a difference in my energy level.
I suffer from extreme fatigue on some days that causes anxiety. I take 1/4 of an antihistamine pill that takes edge off and spend 30im a day in God's word.
Seems to help me.
