Use flight socks to help prevent swollen ankles. Keep your medication in your hand luggage (in case they lose your bags) Drink lots of water

Enjoy your trip

I went to Greece and Italy. There are Pharmacies there. I used roll on pain relief, massages, and Orzo. I would not have missed it. As my hubby reminds me "Buck up buttercup!" You won't regret.

Donna,
I'm going to Greece in July (Mykonos, Paros and Athens) . Let's keep each other up to date on our trips! I've got my ticket, now I'm searching for comfortable slip on tennis shoes and comfy outfit for flying. I'm reading on how to avoid jet lag too. I did a medical missions trip to Brazil in 2012, and it nearly killed me, it took 30 hours.

Set your phone timer to get up or move every 1.5-2 hrs to avoid stiffness.
