I have been on it +20 years. I had much damage before Enbrel on just Methrotrexate, Plaquenil, Sulfasalazine, Naproxyn, and Gold injections in the 90s. The side effects will get better, OR you will find ways to compensate: am showers, 5 min walks after lunch, afternoon naps if u have time, lots of fluids when tired helps too.

Hi, i was on Embrel for about 18 months. Very effective for RA,but severe side effects developed after 12 mo ths. Severe itching,rash,eczema,so i had to discontinue.

I was on E it worked fine then I started getting pains in my legs muscles. Had to stop taking it.

I have been on it for 4 months, I had a reaction at the site the first two weeks and then it cleared up. It took about 4 to 6 weeks for the brain fog and fatigue to improve. It's now working better but I feel tired the day before my shot is due.. hope this help and wish you luck with it. So far for me it's the best medication I've tried.
