Does anyone eat tofu on a regular basis 🤔 what is your favorite way to cook it. I read that it's flavorless, acts like a sponge for whatever spices you add. Obviously I've never tried it. Suggestions, advice 🤔

2 tbsp saurkraut is equal to a cup of Greek yogurt for probiotics. If u like kimchi it's good too.
If you have ever tried sweet and sour soup at a Chinese joint then you have tried tofu...lol
I have had tofu in lasagna and didn’t know until I finished my meal. Was very good.
@A myRAteam Member, totally agree with you. Tofu is anti-inflammatory. Also, tart cherry is supposed to be a huge help with inflammation. I gave up my morning Dr. Pepper for Kavita probiotic drinks. They cost twice as much but help keep my GI tract happy. It's the little things we do that could/might help in the long run. 🤗
Aloha Veronica how are u. I love tofu I eat it with my salads. Watercress or soups. I can look it up on Google how to make tofu in different ways . U be surprised how much u can cook with it. And yes it is good for RA. 🤙❤️
