Does anyone eat tofu on a regular basis 🤔 what is your favorite way to cook it. I read that it's flavorless, acts like a sponge for whatever spices you add. Obviously I've never tried it. Suggestions, advice 🤔

Members connected over the topic of trying tofu for the first time, with responses ranging from those who had never tried it to enthusiastic fans who shared that it works wonderfully in stir-fries, soups, lasagna, and even chocolate pudding when prepared with the right seasonings. Several members offered practical cooking tips, including using firm tofu for stir-fries, pressing it before cooking to remove water for a crispier texture, buying organic to avoid GMOs, and trying it sautéed with garlic and soy sauce or in recipes from sites like Kitchn and AllRecipes. A recurring theme was the health debate around tofu, with many noting its anti-inflammatory benefits for rheumatoid arthritis while others expressed concerns about soy sensitivities, past breast cancer history, or potential digestive issues from antinutrients like phytates.

2 tbsp saurkraut is equal to a cup of Greek yogurt for probiotics. If u like kimchi it's good too.

@A myRAteam Member, totally agree with you. Tofu is anti-inflammatory. Also, tart cherry is supposed to be a huge help with inflammation. I gave up my morning Dr. Pepper for Kavita probiotic drinks. They cost twice as much but help keep my GI tract happy. It's the little things we do that could/might help in the long run. 🤗
