I feel the same but also think it’s not a one cure fits all. Diet place a huge role along with stress levels and staying active. But it seems like by now there would be something with out all the side effects. Except medical marijuana! Jk.

Do not take alive or I ,b withmethexate it interacts with the medicine my doc put me on Tylenol with a dose mylianta your doctor should told you inner acts with methexate.

Have been on methotrexate going on 1 year with some relief but I do think diet and weather effect my pain level. Tylenol extra strength helps sometimes. I find it difficult to relax but when I can I do feel better, doing jigsaw puzzles is a good distraction sitting ins sunny window . I am 80 years old and lost my husband 4 years ago and diagnosed 2 years ago so just keep plugging!

Will you share a diet thar works for you? Also, I have my first appointment with "pain management" this coming Tuesday. I don't know what to expect. Have you been prescribed medical Marijuana in the past? What was your experience? I am on weekly injection of Methotrexate, just had my 5th shot. I've been told by my rheumatologist not to take ibuprofen or aleve, but I still do or the pain is way too bad. So, I was referred to pain management. Thank you for listening.
