What kinds of exercise are you doing to keep active? Is there such a thing as too much exercise? I love step class, Body Pump, Zumba and my arc trainer. Stopping these things would destroy me.

I would think you would have RA, and that it is also in your hips and knees. That is how RA works. I have it everywhere, but most severe in my hands, knees, feet and now it exacerbates my lower back OA.
I don't get hip/knee RA. RA is an autoimmune disease that can affect the whole body, including joints and lungs and a few things in between. Please clue me in. You need expert advice and help from a qualified rheumatologist
Yes there's to much exercise, you can hurt, your joints. Physical therapist only
work with you for an hour, they will not let you over do it. Take it easy, give your joints a break, don't hurt yourself.
Yes, I have hip/ knee RA, knees been replaced in pain with hip now, sciatica nerve pain, hut like hack can't stand more than 5 to 8 minutes, very painful. Got injection for pain last week.
To keep my very painful joints going i Swim little gym have to take pain killers first just to keep me going
